Tulfo denies Topacio’s claim he agreed to return P60 M paid to his media outfit

Television and radio personality Ben Tulfo denied the claim of Ferdinand Topacio, legal counsel of his sister former Tourism Secretary Wanda Teo, that he agreed to return the P60 million paid to his media outfit, citing that they have not yet met each other personally.
