A Liberal Party (LP) solon has accused the Judicial and Bar Council (JBC) of acting “with indecent alacrity” after recommending Supreme Court Associate Justices Teresita De Castro, Diosdado Peralta and Lucas Bersamin as candidates for the vacant position of Chief Justice.
