DILG prints wrong PH flag

TACLOBAN CITY - The Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) in Eastern Visayas said Friday it wrongly printed the Philippine flag on the Bayanihan Federalism brochures being distributed during the campaign to the shift to federal form of government.
