‘Bato’ files murder raps in Laguna woman’s slay, visits cops’ wakes in Batangas, Laguna

Outgoing Philippine National Police (PNP) Director General Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa on Tuesday afternoon appeared at the Biñan City Prosecutor’s Office in Laguna province as the police filed the case in relation to the killing of a female cashier.
