Palparan ‘self-destructs’ at final hearing of Cadapan-Empeno disappearance case - lawyers

Human rights lawyers acting as private prosecutors in the trial of retired general Jovito Palparan for the disappearance of two University of the Philippines students said he “self-destructed” when he took the stand on the last hearing of the case Thursday, February 15.
