After ransacking a ranch, the Communist New People’s Army (NPA) Terrorists group abducted four civilians and two members of Citizen Armed Force Geographical Unit (CAFGU) who were working in a ranch Monday at Sitio Tumbaga, Barangay Nasalaan, San Francisco, Quezon.
