Judges, OCA exec deny Sereno ‘order’ not to issue arrest warrant for De Lima

Two judges of the Muntinlupa City Regional Trial Court (RTC) and an Office of the Court Administrator deputy denied on Monday that Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno tried to block the issuance of an arrest warrant against President Duterte’s archcritic, Senator Leila de Lima.
