AFP has no choice but to abort planned helicopter deal with Canada — Lorenzana

Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana today said they don't have any choice but to abort the planned acquisition of the 16 Canadian Bell 412 helicopters worth $233 million or (P11.65 billion) if President Duterte ordered.
