DOTr, LTFRB open missionary routes in Tacloban transport system

The Department of Transportation-Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (DOTr-LTFRB) recently approved the opening of four missionary routes in typhoon-devastated Tacloban City, Leyte.
