Palace issues list of prohibited firecrackers, pyrotechnic devices

As the country prepares for the New Year revelry, Malacañang on Thursday released a list of prohibited firecrackers (paputok) and pyrotechnic devices (umiilaw), and appealed to Filipinos to abide by government regulations.
