MMDRRMC orders advertisers to take down tarpaulins on major roads in MM

After storm Signal No. 1 was raised in Metro Manila, the Metro Manila Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MMDRRMC) on Monday ordered advertisers to take down their tarpaulins to ensure the safety of the public.
