DPWH sees completion of flood control projects in Leyte municipalities

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) expects the completion of the remaining 12 flood mitigation projects before the year ends in the municipalities of Albuera, Isabel, Palompon and Ormoc City, all located in Leyte.
