Confusion, vote-buying, harassment mar polls in Eastern, Western Visayas

TACLOBAN CITY -- Massive vote-buying, missing names of registered voters, harassment, intimidation and intervention of some politicians marred the conduct of the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections in Eastern and Western Visayas today.
