Sandiganbayan rejects ex-Napocor exec's plea to file demurrer

The Sandiganbayan 2nd Division has refused to allow former National Power Corporation (NAPOCOR) executive Alberto Guanzon leave to file a demurrer to evidence which will challenge the evidence presented against him during the trial.
