TACLOBAN CITY - Samar and Leyte residents are being urged by the Office of the Civil Defense (OCD) in Eastern Visayas and the Philippine Institute of Seismology and Volcanology (Philvocs) in Leyte to enhanced and bolster their preparedness should a major earthquake jolt the region.
