Journalists’ brawl briefly mars filing of COCs in Bulacan

Two Bulacan journalists on Tuesday, Oct. 16, engaged in a brawl at the local election office, stealing the limelight from Gov. Wilhelmino Sy-Alvarado, who filed his candidacy for vice governor, and Vice Gov. Daniel Fernando, who is gunning for the gubernatorial post.
