Fire hits newly opened Davao mall

The Buhangin branch of the New City Commercial Center (NCCC) mall here was partly damaged by a mysterious fire early on Sunday, only a day after it opened with much fanfare and nearly nine months after its Maa branch was razed by a blaze that killed 38 people.
