MONSOON rains triggered by a low pressure area (LPA) will persist over Luzon and Visayas on Wednesday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa). As of 7 a.m., the orange rainfall warning is up in Metro Manila, Rizal, Bataan and Zambales
