Mayor cries foul over 'background check' on visitors to slain cop's wake

CEBU CITY - Mayor Tomas Osmeña cried foul over the mandate of the Police Regional Office in Central Visayas (PRO-7) to take photos and launch background checks on police officers in active service who will visit the wake of controversial cop SPO1 Adonis Dumpit.
