Bill moving barangay, SK polls to October OK’d

CONGRESSMEN yesterday approved at the committee level a proposal to postpone the barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections set for May 14, a move which is in line with the administration’s plan to hold a plebiscite for the proposed shift to federalism.
