Release of ex-Palawan gov not ‘miracle’ but ‘premature conclusion’

It was not a “miracle” but a “premature” conclusion of a special division of the Court of Appeals (CA) that saved former Palawan Gov. Joel Reyes from standing trial for murder, according to one of the two justices who voted to jettison Reyes’s plea.
